A drag-and-drop dashboard built from widgets — arrange it however makes sense for your role.

Customizing your dashboard

Click "Customize" on the dashboard to enter edit mode: drag widgets to reorder them, drag a widget onto another row to add it there, use "Add widget" to bring in one you've removed, or "Reset to default" to start over. Your layout is saved per person, not per business — everyone on your team can arrange their own dashboard differently.

Worth knowing

Widgets are only shown if you have permission to see the data behind them, and two widgets ("My jobs today" and "My schedule this week") only appear for the technician role. If your role or plan changes and a widget you had is no longer available to you, it's automatically dropped from your saved layout rather than showing broken.

Widget	What it shows
Revenue collected	Total amount paid across all invoices, all time.
Profit	Revenue minus job expenses and materials cost, all time.
Outstanding balance	Sum of unpaid balances across sent/overdue invoices.
Jobs today	Count of jobs scheduled for today.
Customers	Count of active customers.
Technician utilization	Percentage of active technicians with at least one job scheduled today.
My jobs today (technician only)	Your current job, highlighted, with call/message/next-stage actions, plus your other jobs today.
My schedule this week (technician only)	A mini weekly timeline of just your own jobs.
Unread messages	Your chat channels with unread messages and a preview, updating live.
Today's jobs	Every job scheduled today, not just yours.
Active employees today	Every technician scheduled today (excluding approved time off) with their jobs.
This week	A 7-day mini board of jobs per day.
Invoices	Open vs. overdue invoice counts.
Estimates	Count of open (draft + sent) estimates.
Team	Active member count and who's off today.
Upcoming jobs	The next 6 jobs scheduled after today.
Checklists	Active jobs that have an incomplete checklist.
Safety forms	Active jobs with a safety form that hasn't had a PDF generated yet.
Active jobs	Up to 8 jobs in a non-final stage, with a quick "mark next stage" action.
Reports	This month's revenue and new-job count, linking to the full Reports page.
Notifications	Your live in-app notification feed.
Calendar	A mini month calendar with job chips.
Today's planner	A mini vertical day planner.
Today's jobs map	A map with pins for today's jobs — technicians see only their own; everyone else sees the whole business's.
Jobs by status	Your pipeline as one bar, with a clickable tile per stage.
Purchase orders	Draft, ordered and received counts, compared.
My van stock	What is on board the vehicle assigned to you.
Insurance to chase	Subcontractors whose insurance has expired or is about to, counted across all of them.
Expenses this month	Business overheads logged so far this month.

Figures that carry their own scale

Widgets draw their numbers rather than only printing them. A percentage gets a meter, a share of a whole gets one bar rather than several counts, a checklist shows its progress while the list is still collapsed, and a figure that has a previous period to compare against shows the change with an arrow and a colour.

Worth knowing

Direction is never colour alone — an arrow carries it too — and "up is good" is not assumed. On costs, overdue balances and support tickets, up is drawn as the bad direction.

The dispatch board is arranged the same way

If your role includes dispatch, that page is its own widget board with its own set — unassigned work, jobs running late, who is free right now, and so on. It is customised the same way and saved separately, so your dashboard and your dispatch board can look nothing alike. See Scheduling & Dispatch.
