Bring your customers with you

The reason people stay on a tool they have outgrown is the thought of retyping everything. You do not have to. Export a CSV from wherever your data is now and import it here.

Import dialog showing matched columns as editable dropdowns, with a summary of what will be created and which rows have errors.

How it works

1

Export from your current tool

Every field service tool exports CSV, and so does a spreadsheet. You need one file per thing you are bringing — customers first, since everything else hangs off them.

2

Upload and check the columns

We match your column names to ours — “Client Name”, “E-Mail Address” and “Mobile” all land in the right place. Every match is shown as a dropdown you can correct before anything is written.

3

Look at what will happen

Before importing, you see how many records will be created, how many are already here, and which rows cannot be imported — each with its line number and the reason.

4

Import, then do the next one

Records already in your account are skipped rather than duplicated, so running the same file twice is safe. Then move on to your price book, properties, fleet and job history.

What you can bring

  • Customers — name, email, phone, address, notes and tags
  • Properties — second and third addresses against a customer
  • Price book — products, materials and services with their prices
  • Fleet — vans with make, model, registration, VIN and mileage
  • Warehouses
  • Job history — past work, attached to the right customer

What does not come across

  • Photos and documents attached to old jobs — these have to be re-uploaded where you need them.
  • Historic invoices and payments. Job history comes across as a record of the work; your old accounting records should stay in your accounting system.
  • Recurring schedules, which are quick to set up again and worth reviewing anyway.
