On Site & Ready
36 features, none of them an upgrade

Everything your business needs, on every plan

One platform configured for your trade, instead of a dozen tools that do not talk to each other. Nothing below is locked behind a higher tier.

Your own website, built by clicking it

Every account comes with a public site at your own address. Build it in a visual editor: click anything on the page to edit it, drag widgets between columns, and choose how wide each row, column and image is. No separate website bill, no agency.

  • Click a widget on the live page to edit it — the editor shows the real page, not a mock
  • Rows and columns with percentage widths, so a page can actually be laid out
  • Multiple pages with navigation, four layouts, and 14 widgets including tables and custom HTML
  • Upload photos straight into the editor and place them anywhere
  • Online booking, your services, opening hours and contact details as widgets you position yourself
  • Search metadata per page, plus the structured data that earns a local business its opening-hours panel in search results
  • Custom HTML for anything else — scripts and embedded frames are stripped, because your customers open this page
The visual site builder: page outline and widgets on the left, the live page in the middle, the selected widget's settings on the right.

Trade configuration engine

Terminology, workflow stages, custom fields, and required photos all adapt to your industry — the same application reconfigures itself instead of forcing you into someone else's workflow.

  • Custom fields per trade — refrigerant type for HVAC, circuit number for electrical
  • Configurable workflow stages, each optionally requiring a photo before moving on
  • 25 trade presets ready on day one — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, pest control, locksmith and more
  • Terminology renames itself across the app (e.g. "Job" becomes "Service Call")
  • Checklist templates attached to each workflow stage

Dispatch board

The two questions a dispatcher actually has, answered on one screen: what has nobody on it, and what is running late. Everything else — the timeline, the map, the vans — is there to help you act on those.

  • A queue of every job with nobody assigned, unscheduled work first
  • Jobs past their start time that nobody has set off for, showing how late each one is
  • Drag-and-drop reassignment across your whole crew, with automatic double-booking warnings
  • Live map of technician and job locations, powered by Google Maps route optimization
  • Arrange the board yourself — eleven widgets, dragged, resized and saved per person
  • See who is free at this exact moment, who is off, and what has just been finished
  • Reassign a job to a different technician or a different day in one drag

Scheduling & job management

A weekly calendar built around your jobs, with GPS-verified time tracking, photo documentation, and live location sharing at every stage.

  • Weekly calendar view of every scheduled job, with map directions
  • GPS clock-in/out, breaks, and travel time — tracked per technician per job
  • Photo and document attachments on every job, plus professional PDF safety/inspection forms
  • Configurable workflow stages from scheduled through paid
  • Job notes and line items in one place
  • Technicians can share their live location with the customer, with an automatic "on the way" notification
  • Timesheets with automatic overtime calculation and a payroll-ready CSV export

Estimates & invoicing

Quote a job with dynamic line items, bundles, and photos, get it approved, and convert it straight into work — then invoice and track payment through to paid.

  • Dynamic line items with live subtotal, tax, and discount totals
  • Bundle common parts and labor into a single customer-facing line item
  • Convert an approved estimate straight into a job — or an invoice
  • Reusable estimate templates for common jobs
  • Add optional line items customers can toggle on or off before approving
  • Attach photos to an estimate so customers see exactly what they're approving
  • Print-friendly estimate and invoice views

Customer portal & online booking

Customers get a private, token-based portal to review and approve estimates and pay invoices — no account or password required. Share a public booking link so new customers can request an appointment themselves.

  • Token-based customer portal — no login needed
  • Customers approve estimates and pay invoices online
  • Public booking page per business for self-service appointment requests
  • Booking requests respect your configured working hours and lead time
  • Send appointment reminders by email or SMS straight from the job
  • Customers can see their technician's live location and an "on the way" alert before arrival
  • Request a review after a job — customers can leave it in their portal or via your Google/Facebook link

Team & permissions

Invite your crew by email and give each person exactly the access their role needs — enforced both in the app and at the database level.

  • Role-based access for owners, managers, technicians, and office staff
  • Invite teammates by email — they set their own password
  • Seat limits enforced automatically based on your plan
  • Time-off requests and approval
  • Per-member working hours
  • Each technician controls their own location-sharing setting

Inventory, fleet & purchasing

Track materials, products, vehicles, and suppliers across as many warehouses and trucks as you run, get low-stock alerts, and manage purchase orders — all rolled up into your job costing.

  • Materials and product catalogs with low-stock alerts
  • Stock tracked per warehouse and per vehicle — assign multiple vehicles to a warehouse
  • Purchase orders with line items, a delivery warehouse, and status tracking
  • Equipment tracking per customer
  • Vehicle maintenance, insurance, fuel, and mileage logs, plus a documents library per vehicle
  • Supplier directory for purchasing

What the job cost, and what the month made

Most tools tell you what you invoiced. This one also knows what you paid out, what the hours cost, and what the taxman is owed — so the number at the bottom is profit rather than turnover.

  • Profit and loss for any period: invoiced work, expenses, and the wage bill, from figures already in the system
  • Expenses with the VAT recorded as printed on the supplier's invoice, and a flag for the part you cannot reclaim
  • A VAT position that shows tax charged against tax reclaimable, so a return is a reading rather than an evening
  • Pay rates per person — hourly, or a salary charged pro-rata across the period whether or not anybody clocked in
  • The wage bill is derived from real clocked hours, and the page says out loud when somebody has hours but no rate rather than costing them at zero
  • Recurring expenses recorded once and counted every period
  • Your VAT number on the invoices and estimates that need it
  • Xero and QuickBooks stay in step if you use them — and the accounting works without either, which matters if you do not

An Android app that works with no signal

A real app, not a web page in a wrapper. Everything a technician does on site — the clock, photos, signatures, checklists, safety forms, notes — carries on working underground and sends itself when the van reaches the main road. Free with your account.

  • Work offline: the clock, photos, signatures, checklists and notes all queue and send themselves when there is signal again
  • A clock you cannot walk away from — a banner on every screen and a notification you cannot dismiss while it runs
  • Optional background location while clocked in, so dispatch can see who is nearest the next call
  • Optional automatic clock-on and clock-off — arriving at a job starts the shift, leaving it ends the shift at the last minute you were actually there
  • Today's work is cached before you leave, so the job, its address and its history are readable with no connection
  • Photos are kept on the phone until they upload — a picture taken in a cellar is not lost to a cache clear
  • Voice notes and documents from the job screen, for what nobody stops to type: what the customer said at the door, why the ordered part is wrong
  • Safety forms are filled in and signed on site, and the certificate PDF is generated with a map pin where the work was done
  • Location stops the moment you clock out, is never collected on approved leave, and needs its own consent that can be withdrawn at any time
  • Automatic shifts are marked as automatic on the timesheet and the person is told the minute recorded, so it can be corrected
  • Barcode scanning for stock, push notifications when a job is reassigned, and a dashboard you can rearrange

Plus everything else you'd expect

Included, not added on. The only things that cost extra are Xero, QuickBooks, SMS and additional storage.

A request inbox

Enquiries from your booking page, the portal and the phone land in one list, so nothing is a note on a dashboard nobody reads. Turn one into a job without retyping it.

Repeat work that books itself

Maintenance plans generate the next visit on schedule — annual boiler services, quarterly inspections — so the recurring half of the business stops depending on somebody's memory.

Automations

Rules that fire on what happens: a reminder before a visit, a follow-up after one, a review request when a job is paid. Written once, then quiet.

Email campaigns

Write to a segment of your own customers — everybody on a maintenance plan, everybody you have not seen this year — from the customer records you already keep.

Reviews you can show

Ask after the job, collect the reply in the portal, and publish the good ones on your own site. The same reviews feed the ratings a search result shows.

A price book, not a memory

Services, materials, products and bundles priced once and reused, with per-customer rates where a contract needs them — so two quotes for the same job match.

Equipment history per customer

The boiler, the unit, the machine: what was installed, when it was serviced, what was replaced. The engineer who arrives next year is the one who benefits.

Team chat

1:1 and group messaging built into the app, so coordination never leaves it.

Reports & analytics

Revenue over time, profit and margin, technician utilization and job profitability — drawn, not just tabulated, so a trend reads as a shape rather than a column of numbers.

Timesheets & payroll

Work, break and travel time tracked automatically, with overtime calculated. Export a payroll CSV, or push the hours straight into QuickBooks.

Safety forms & compliance PDFs

Build custom inspection, safety, and compliance forms and generate a branded, professional PDF for every job.

Checklists

Reusable checklist templates attached to a job or a workflow stage.

Google-optimized routing

Route order and travel-time estimates powered by Google's Routes and Distance Matrix APIs.

Live location sharing

Technicians share their location while working; customers get an "on the way" alert with a live map link. On Android it keeps working with the phone in a pocket, and stops at clock-out.

Works on any device

Install it from your browser on any phone or tablet, or use the Android app for offline work and background location. Push notifications either way.

Multi-currency

Bill in USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, or NZD.

Refunds & receipts

Every payment is recorded with its date, method and reference. Refund a card payment straight back through Stripe, and give the customer a receipt for each one.

Progress payments

Bill a long job in stages. Set milestones as a percentage or a fixed amount, and turn each one into an invoice when the work reaches it.

Custom report builder

Build your own reports from jobs, invoices, customers, estimates and expenses. Filter, group, total and export to CSV.

Import from anywhere

Bring your customers, price book, properties, fleet and job history from a CSV. We match the columns, you check them, nothing is written until you say so.

Batch invoicing

Invoice a month of completed work in one go, with one invoice per customer rather than one per visit.

Subcontractors

Bring in outside trades, track what each job costs you, and get told before their insurance expires rather than after.

Customer referrals

Let your customers introduce friends. Rewards are credited automatically once the new customer pays their first invoice.

Accounting that stays in step

Customers, invoices, payments, credit notes, estimates and expenses sync to Xero or QuickBooks — on a button, or every day or week without you. Each invoice shows whether it made it across.

Pages, not just a profile

Add an About page, a page per service area, whatever you need — each with its own navigation entry, layout and search wording. Search engines see a real site, with your opening hours and phone number in the form that earns a map pin.

Daily or weekly digest

A summary of what happened — jobs completed, money collected, estimates approved — to your inbox and the app. Nothing is sent for a quiet week.

Easier to look at than to read about

The demo is a real account with a plumbing firm's week already in it. Nothing to fill in.
