What you pay us for using the platform — separate from how your own customers pay you.

Changing plans
Change your plan any time from Settings → My Subscription. The change applies immediately; the only thing that can block it is having more active team members than the plan you're switching to allows — remove or deactivate team members first if needed.
Your own payment processing vs. your subscription to us
These are two entirely separate things:
- Your subscription to us — what you pay for access to the platform, managed from Settings → My Subscription.
- Payments from your customers to you — handled entirely through your own connected Stripe account, so money from your customers goes straight to you, never through us. See Estimates & Invoicing.
