Integrations
Connects to the things you already pay for
Payments through your own Stripe account, accounting to Xero or QuickBooks, text messages to your customers, email from your own address, and your data in and out by CSV.
Stripe
Take card payments on your own Stripe account.
- Money goes straight to you — it never passes through us
- Apple Pay and Google Pay work automatically through Stripe Checkout
- Customers pay from the invoice link, in full or a part payment
- Refunds go back through Stripe from the invoice, not by hand
Paste your own Stripe keys in Settings → Payments.
Xero
Your customers, invoices, payments, credit notes, estimates and expenses, kept in step with Xero.
- Invoices and payments sync as they happen, dated when they happened rather than when they synced
- Refunds and credit notes go across as credit notes, so a refunded invoice does not read as fully paid
- Sync everything on a button, or set it to run every day or every week
- Every invoice shows whether it reached Xero, and a Sync button if it did not
- Map your own revenue and bank account codes
Connect from Settings → Integrations. Available as an add-on.
QuickBooks Online
The same sync, plus timesheets straight into payroll.
- Customers, invoices, payments, credit notes, estimates and expenses
- Recorded hours push as time activities — map each person to a QuickBooks employee once
- One-click connect through QuickBooks' own login
- Sending a period again updates what is there rather than paying anybody twice
Connect from Settings → Integrations. Available as an add-on.
Your own email
Send from your address, not ours.
- Bring your own SMTP so invoices and quotes come from you
- Nothing we send carries our name — whitelabeling is on every plan
Settings → Email.
CSV import and export
Get your data in, and out again.
- Import customers, properties, price book, fleet and job history
- Export jobs, customers, invoices, timesheets and any custom report
- Accounting-ready exports for Xero and QuickBooks without the add-on
Import from any list. Export from the same page.
Install on any phone
A progressive web app, not an app store download.
- Installs from the browser on iOS and Android
- Push notifications for schedule changes and new work
- Updates itself — no app store review between you and a fix
Open the app on a phone and choose Add to Home Screen.
SMS
Text your customers from your own number.
- Appointment reminders and on-the-way messages by text, not just email
- Replies come back into the app, so a conversation stays on the job
- Your own number, and your usage billed to you rather than pooled
An opt-in add-on, priced per message. Switch it on under Settings.
What we do not connect to yet
Worth knowing before you sign up rather than after.
- Zapier — there is no public API to connect one to yet, so automations live inside the app rather than across your other tools
- Google Business Profile — review requests point at your own Google or Facebook link rather than posting through Google directly
- Your price book as accounting items — invoice lines reach Xero and QuickBooks against a single general item rather than matching product for product
